Q: How long will it take for me to receive my artwork?

A: It takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive your artwork from time of order.  

 

Q: How will my artwork be shipped?

A: Artwork is shipped, fully insured, typically via either Canpar or Purolator.  All prices include shipping within Canada.

 

Q:  I have a discount code but it's not showing up.  Where do I enter it?

A:  It's there.  We promise!  The prompt comes after you enter your payment information.  We'd love to have it earlier in the checkout, but we're stuck with it as is for now.

 

Q: Do you ship artwork internationally?

A: We are able to ship to the United States, although additional shipping charges will apply.  Please contact us with what pieces you're hoping to order and we will provide you with a shipping quotation.

 

Q: What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

A: We've got you covered!  Contact us immediately upon receiving your order, and we'll get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.  We'll deal with the damage claim(s).

 

Q: What is your return & refund policy?

A: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, we can either send out replacement artwork immediately, or offer a 100% refund on your order.  If you've changed your mind about the artwork you've chosen, you're welcome to exchange your artwork within the first 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds are not offered on artwork that is neither damaged nor defective.

 

Q: Can my artwork handle exposure to sunlight?

A: Our Giclees are all 100% UV-protected.  Your artwork will not fade, even if exposed to sunlight.

 

Q: What would happen if my artwork were to be exposed to water?

A: Moisture will not damage the artwork, however a direct spill or splash can, and immediately be gently blot-dried with a clean cloth.

 

Q: Do you print artwork on anything other than canvas?

A: Although we focus primarily on canvas pieces, our workshop is fully capable of paper printing as well.  Paper printing is limited to current wholesale customers, or single high-volume orders.  Please contact us for more information.

 

Q: What is required to setup a wholesale account?

A: An order for a minimum 30 pieces is required to receive wholesale pricing.  To setup a wholesale account or receive wholesale pricing on an order containing the minimum amount of artwork, please contact us.

 

Q: I saw you at a trade/home show.  Why are your online prices higher than your floor prices?

A: We occasionally showcase our artwork at various home and trade shows across western Canada.  All floor pricing is promotional, and only valid at the event where the artwork is being offered.  Visiting us at one of our special events is a great way to get wholesale pricing on single pieces!  Check our Instagram (@artsmartco) for upcoming dates and locations!

 

Q: Will my custom printed photo look the same on canvas as it does on my screen?

A: This is a tricky question to answer!  The short answer is that it will print exactly the way it shows up on our screen.  Our screens are calibrated to our printers, while yours of course isn't.  In addition, screens emit light while canvas of course doesn't.  So while we can tell you that your picture will look great, it might not look exactly the same on canvas as it does on your screen.
